Do I need to go fully carnivore?

Elimination Diet is where every protocol begins, transitions are individualized. The focus is reducing inflammatory inputs, processed foods, seed oils, and rebuilding metabolic stability.

How long before people notice changes?

Most people begin noticing meaningful changes in energy, inflammation, body composition, digestion, or mental clarity between weeks 6 and 12. Autoimmune recovery often takes longer. Consistency matters more than speed.

Can this be done alongside medications?

Yes. I personally remained on biologics during the early transition period. Nothing here encourages abruptly stopping prescribed medication. The goal is rebuilding health intelligently and responsibly.
